Joshua is a trial lawyer whose areas of practice are diverse, but currently include first and third party litigation related to property loss claims as well as personal injury, product liability and wrongful death matters. Joshua has the experience of more than three dozen Circuit Court jury trials to draw on and, as a litigator, he has consistently obtained favorable results for those of his clients forced to trial to obtain justice.
Prior to coming to Stabinski and Funt, PA, Joshua gained valuable experience while working for several prominent law firms in Palm Beach County. Prior to moving to the mainland, he previously served as the supervising attorney of a satellite office for the Public Defender in and for Monroe (the Florida Keys) County - a position to which he was quickly promoted shortly after graduating from law school in consideration of his demonstrable skill as a litigator and the zeal and rigor with which he represented his clients.
Born in San Antonio, TX and raised around the world and across this county, Joshua is a 1998 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he participated in moot court and mock trials and was very actively involved in many clubs and organizations as well as
he school’s clinical placement program. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar in and for the Southern District of Florida as well as the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Palm Beach Justice. He is married and, in his free time, volunteers for several charitable organizations.
