Daniel Caine is a trial lawyer, who maintains practice areas in third party personal injury, automobile negligence claims, premises liability and products liability, as well as first party property damage claims.
Daniel is a 2001 graduate from the University of Indiana, Kelly School of Business, where he earned a degree in Business Marketing. He continued his studies and in 2004 graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. During his time at Nova Southeastern, Daniel served as both the Online Editor and Executive Editor of the International Travel Law Journal.
Prior to coming to Stabinski & Funt, Daniel worked for a prominent Coral Gables defense firm, which has afforded him the unique and valuable perspective of both sides of the legal practice. This helps Daniel to develop case strategy and has given him an insight into opposing counsel’s mindset, a tool which he draws on in everyday practice.
Daniel is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Coral Gables Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.
