Founded in 1970, Stabinski & Funt is one of South Florida’s oldest and most respected law firms.

The attorneys at Stabinski & Funt are trial lawyers. We have won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of plaintiffs who have been wronged due to the negligence of others. Many of our groundbreaking cases have resulted in published opinions, creating or modifying existing law. While we have handled many high-profile cases and have made headlines in the process, we represent clients in a variety of matters, both big and small.

We are a family-oriented firm that gets to know each and every one of its clients on a personal basis. We are never too busy to meet with our clients, or come to the phone to answer a client’s call. We are a hands-on firm led by Luis Stabinski, who came to Miami from Cuba as a teenager in 1960, and his sons, Daren and Todd. All three are fluent in Spanish.

We are proud of the fact that the majority of our cases come to us by word of mouth, either from past clients or other attorneys who know our reputation for high-quality work. We have offices in Miami-Dade and Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and practice throughout the State of Florida.
